Maspalomas visited "Los olivos"

On Friday K3, P1,P2 and P3 went to Los Olivos.Today we went on one of the best excursions ever.  At the ecological farm we loved walking through the very clean installations and learning about olives. Our guide showed us the olive trees first.  When they are ripe they are collected.  After she showed us how the olives are put into large barrels to improve their taste. The olives are used to eat whole and also for making oil.   When we sat down to lunch they treated us to plates of very yummy ecological olives. While walking around we saw many different types of birds.  She allowed us to hold and pet the baby chicks, bunnies and also play with the cutest dog!  Towards the end of our trip we saw their cows and calves.  They milked the cows and gave a sample to taste!  It was delicious.A great day!
