New Mural in Secondary
S3 and S5 art students produced a fantastic mural on the wall of the secondary school play ground.
Show Jumping Champion
Naomi Saetran Lucock, S3 student, has won the gold medal with her horse "Zurbulent" in the U14 category of the Canary Islands Show Jumping Championship, that was celebrated in the South Equestrian Center in Tenerife.
S6 Graduation 2018
The evening of Friday 15th June brought together students, family, teachers, and friends, to celebrate the S6 graduation in our theatre.
Food Bank
We are pleased to inform you that the secondary students have donated a total of 358 kilos to the Food Bank of Las Palmas in the collection that took place on the 29th May. Thank you very much to all the families who have participated in the donations!
Art Evening 2018
A big thank you to everyone who attended the Canterbury school Art evening on May 10th. Many students and parents attended to see the lovely art work of the students and to enjoy some music.
Sailing Champions
Claudia Sanchez Merino of S3C and Oti Mesa Oliver of S3A were proclaimed Spanish national champions in Women's U17 420 Sailing, in the championship held last month in Gran Canaria.
Food Bank
We are pleased to inform you that secondary students have donated a total of 460 kilos to the Food Bank of Las Palmas in the collection that took place on the 30th March.
Valentina got a certificate of excellence for her stopping world hunger poster done for the Food Bank. Well done Valentina!
S1 Educational Robotics
This month our S1A students are enjoying their classes in Educational Robotics. Working as a team they have been learning to assemble and program the LEGO EV3 Mindstorms robots.
Secondary Carnival 2018

S2 Options Fair
Last Friday upper school students participated in the S3 Options Fair, providing information and personal experiences to the S2 students to help them make educated choices about their IGCSE options.
Today, the President of the Canary Islands' Government, Fernando Clavijo, received Carla García Medina, Canterbury S5 student and winner of the National Youth Award in Volunteering.
Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards: Every year Cambridge distinguishes a group of students around the world for their success in their IGCSE, AS or A level exams in the previous year's examinations (June 2017).
Massive congratulations to Carla García Medina of S5, first prize in the XXX Young Researchers of Spain Contest and selected as national representative for the European Contest that will take place in Dublin.
