As part of the IGCSE and AS coursework the students are required to visit a local museum or art gallery and find a local artist who they can research for their personal projects. The first of the 3 visits to museums was to Casa Colón where there are many portrait paintings on display.

Colegio-Privado-Internacional-Britanico-Ingles-Las Palmas-Maspalomas-English-School-chira2During the 12th, 13th and 14th of September, S3 students enjoyed a camping trip in Chira as part of the programme "Welcome to IGCSEs". Students enjoyed three fantastic days in contact with nature and full of activities and sports.

Students from S4 who are studying the weather will be taking it in turns to record weather conditions in the school as part of their IGCSE Geography course.
