Temporary Pre-Nursery Teacher for class of 2 year olds required

We are looking for a temporary Pre-Nursery teacher (2year olds) to join our excellent team in the Infant Department to cover a leave of absence. Dates to be confirmed, but likely to be March or April until the end of June 2019. We have one 2 year old class and there are two full time teaching assistants who work alongside the teacher.

In September 2018 the Infant Department moved to a fantastic new building, with all new facilities for 21st century learning. The two year olds and staff have their own large, open plan floor with learning areas, soft play area, sleeping area and outdoor area.

Applicants must be first language ENGLISH SPEAKERS and must have:
• A NVQ Level 3 qualification or similar, suitable for leading a group of two year olds
• Experience in Early Years including working with two year olds
• A reasonable level of speaking and understanding Spanish
• EU citizenship

Applicants should:
• Be excellent classroom practitioners who are motivated, caring, enthusiastic and committed.
• Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour in all children.
• Be positive, reflective, creative and flexible.
• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Successful applicants will be interviewed by Skype or at the school.
Salary is paid according to the Spanish pay scale for a nursery teacher.

Experienced Early Years Teacher required for a Nursery class (3 year olds) and to lead the Nursery team. September 2019

In September 2018 the Infant Department moved to a fantastic new building, with all new facilities for 21st century learning. The 75 three year olds and staff have their own semi-open plan floor with learning bases, shared areas and outdoor area. This is an exciting time in our development to join us!

• At least five years experience in EYFS, including working with 3 year olds
• Experience of coordinating / leading in EYFS
• Have a thorough working knowledge of the Foundation Stage and have the ability to lead the development of the EYFS in school.
