For new students, this amount is paid at the time of reservation\/enrolment. In the September payment (second payment of the year) the amount will be adjusted according to the current fees. Families must be up to date with school payments for students to be registered for external exams. In Year 11, we offer the option to pay the cost of mandatory external exams in instalments from September to February. In March (when exams are typically registered), any difference will be adjusted accordingly. To choose this payment option, please send a request by email to administracion@canterburyschool.com before the end of July so that it can take effect in September. The request will only be valid upon confirmation of receipt by email<\/strong>.
\nThe estimated cost of 5 mandatory IGCSE exams is 115,00\u20ac per month (September-February).[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner limit_content=””][vc_column_inner width=”1\/1″][vc_custom_heading text_color=”color-130932″ heading_semantic=”h3″ text_size=”h3″ uncode_shortcode_id=”183887″ text_color_type=”uncode-palette”]General Terms and Conditions[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text text_lead=”yes” css=”.vc_custom_1748858549497{margin-top: 10px !important;}” uncode_shortcode_id=”205251″]Enrolment and Renewal<\/strong>. Enrolment is validfor one full academic year and will be automatically renewed unless a written withdrawal request is submitted as per the withdrawal form.<\/p>\n

Monthly Payments<\/strong>. Payments will be made by direct debit and will be charged between the 1st and5th of each month.<\/p>\n

Lunch Service<\/strong>. Registrations or withdrawals from the lunch service must be notified in writing, either in the department offices or by email, before the 25th of the current month. In the case of holidays, the notice must be given at least five working days in advance. New registrations in September for Infant and Primary do not require prior notification.<\/p>\n

Siblings Discounts<\/strong>. Discounts for families with three or more siblings, only apply if all siblings are registered. If one sibling withdraws, the discount will be recalculated in the next billing cycle.<\/p>\n

Bank Account Changes<\/strong>. Changes to bank account details must be made using a SEPA form before the 25th of the current month, or five working days before the start of a holiday period, to be effective for the next month.<\/p>\n

Extracurricular Activities<\/strong>. These are organised on a termly basis and begin in October. Registrations and withdrawals must be notified in writing via the appropriate circular, in person at the office, or by email before the term begins.<\/p>\n

Withdrawals<\/strong>. Withdrawals for the next school year must be communicated before the1st of March. Withdrawals communicated after the 1st of March require payment of the next year\u2019s enrolment fee (June payment). Withdrawals after the 10th of June, require payment of the second monthly payment (September) as well.
