Canterbury School is the owner of, and has the corresponding licence to exploit the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Website.

All the contents of the Web (including the graphic design, source code, logos, texts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, and other elements that appear, unless otherwise indicated, are the exclusive property of Canterbury School.

Under no circumstances shall it be understood that the User’s access and browsing implies a waiver, transmission, licence or total or partial cession of said rights by Canterbury School on any other right related to its website and the services offered therein.

Likewise, it is forbidden to modify, copy, reuse, exploit, reproduce, publicly communicate, make second or subsequent publications, upload files, send by mail, transmit, use, process or distribute in any way all or part of the contents included in the website for public or commercial purposes, without the express written authorisation of Canterbury School, or, where applicable, of the holder of the rights concerned.

Consequently, the user acknowledges that the reproduction, distribution, commercialisation, transformation and, in general, any other form of exploitation, by any means, of all or part of the contents of this website constitutes an infringement of the intellectual and/or industrial property rights of the owner of the website or of the owner of the same.

The user commits to use the website, its contents and services in accordance with current legislation and this Legal Notice.

Likewise, the user commits not to use the website or the services provided through it for purposes or effects that are illicit or contrary to the content of this Legal Notice, harmful to the interests or rights of third parties, or that may in any way damage, render useless or deteriorate the website or its services, or prevent normal enjoyment of the website by other users.

Canterbury School also excludes any liability that may arise from delays or blockages in the operation of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloading of telephone lines or the Internet, as well as damage caused by third parties through unlawful interference beyond the control of Canterbury School.

Canterbury School is entitled to temporarily suspend, without prior notice, access to the website for maintenance, repairs, updates or improvements.

Canterbury School does not guarantee the legality, reliability, usefulness, truthfulness or accuracy of the services or information provided by third parties through the website.

The user is solely responsible for any infringements that may be incurred or damages that may be caused by the misuse of the website, being Canterbury School, its partners, group companies, collaborators, employees and representatives, exonerated from any kind of liability that may arise from the actions of the user.

Canterbury School will use all reasonable efforts and means to provide updated and reliable information on the website, however, the owner of the website does not guarantee the absence of errors or possible inaccuracies and/or omissions in the contents published by third parties accessible through this website.

The user is solely responsible for any claim or legal action, judicial or extrajudicial, initiated by third parties against the owner of the website based on misuse by the user of the website. Where applicable, the user will assume all expenses, costs and indemnities requested from Canterbury School as a result of such claims or legal actions.

6. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.

Canterbury School and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Las Palmas (Spain), unless the applicable regulations prevent the parties from submitting to a specific jurisdiction.
